🛠️ Warranty & After-Sales Support

We provide a limited warranty for our table tennis robots, valid from the date of delivery.

✅ Within 1 Year of Purchase
 • We will send replacement parts free of charge if there are any issues due to product defects.
 • You are responsible for replacing the parts yourself following our instructions (video tutorials provided).
 • Shipping is covered by us.

🔧 Within 3 Years of Purchase
 • We will continue to provide free replacement parts if needed.
 • Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs (international rates apply).
 • Self-repair is required. We will offer detailed guidance to assist with the process.

This warranty covers hardware failures due to manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
